1. Scope and operator

These Terms cover the BXST.com website and its early-access business workspace. References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean BXST.com — early-access website operator. References to “you” mean the person using the service and, where that person is authorized to act for a business, that business.

Questions about these Terms can be sent to info@bxst.com. Our Privacy Notice explains personal-data handling. The Türkiye KVKK Notice provides additional information for processing subject to Turkish law.

Please read these Terms before creating an account or using the workspace. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the workspace. These Terms do not remove rights or protections that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

2. Business use and account security

BXST.com is intended for adults using the service for professional or business purposes. You must be at least 18 and have authority to provide information and act for any organization you represent. Do not register on behalf of someone else without authority.

Provide accurate account details, verify your email address and protect your password and authentication links. Do not share personal account credentials. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for actions you authorize through your account; you are not automatically responsible for activity caused by our own breach of duty.

Workspace access is role-based. An organization’s authorized members can access information appropriate to their roles. The shared Sample Manufacturing workspace is a fictional, read-only demonstration; do not submit confidential or personal information through a shared demonstration account.

3. Early access and available features

The service is under active development. Features may change, be unavailable or require separate setup. The presence of a menu item, demonstration or roadmap description is not a commitment that a feature is operational or will be delivered by a particular date.

Catalog import, automated extraction, team invitation acceptance and live third-party data integrations are not currently available. Samples and illustrative scores do not represent live market monitoring. Refer to the availability information shown in the product before relying on a workflow.

We may maintain, modify or discontinue early-access features. Where reasonably practicable, we will give notice of a material change affecting existing users. Keep your own copies of information important to your business. No uptime commitment or service-level agreement is offered under these Terms.

These Terms do not enroll you in a paid subscription or authorize a charge. Any future paid offer must describe its price and applicable terms before you decide whether to purchase it.

4. Information and business decisions

BXST.com provides organizational tools and information to support human review. Scores, summaries, suggested actions and briefs may be incomplete, outdated or inaccurate. They are not legal, tax, customs, financial, certification or professional advice.

Review source information and independently check buyers, suppliers, credentials, product requirements, destinations and any transaction before acting. A document record, fingerprint, status label or supplier-reported certification is not an independent inspection, authentication or guarantee by BXST.com.

We do not guarantee search rankings, AI-search inclusion, leads, RFQs, buyers, sales, export eligibility or financial results. BXST.com is not a party to your dealings with third parties and does not negotiate, approve or guarantee those dealings.

5. Your content and publication choices

You retain the rights you hold in information and content you provide. You give us a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, process, display and transmit that content as needed to operate the functions you use, secure the service and carry out your instructions. This permission does not transfer ownership of your content to us.

Provide only information you have authority to use and disclose. Respect confidentiality, intellectual-property rights and the privacy of colleagues, customers, suppliers and other people. Do not place payment-card details, identity-document copies, health information or other sensitive personal data in free-text fields; the current service is not designed to receive them.

An authorized owner or administrator can choose to publish a supplier profile. Publication makes the selected company information and published product information accessible to visitors, search engines and other third parties. Confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions before publishing. Unpublishing does not necessarily remove copies already held by others or cached by search engines.

When available, a document-record link is accessible to people who have its code. Do not treat an accessible record link as private storage. Sample company details and sample credentials are fictional and must not be represented as genuine evidence.

6. Acceptable use

  • Use the service lawfully and respect other users’ rights. Do not impersonate a person or business, submit fraudulent claims or publish content you are not entitled to disclose.
  • Do not attempt to access another organization’s data, bypass access controls or rate limits, interfere with the service, introduce malicious code, or extract data through unauthorized means.
  • Do not use the service to facilitate unlawful trade, prohibited transactions, unsolicited bulk messages or harassment. You remain responsible for the rules applicable to your products, exports and communications.
  • If you discover a security issue, report it to info@bxst.com with a minimal description. Do not include passwords, active authentication links or other users’ personal information in the report.

7. Platform materials and third-party services

The rights in the platform’s software, design and original materials remain with their respective owners. Subject to these Terms, you may use the available service for your business’s internal purposes and use outputs for lawful business activities after review. No rights are granted to misuse trademarks, remove ownership notices or resell access to the platform without permission.

Links to third-party websites and references to external services do not imply endorsement. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. Their availability or decisions may affect connected features. This does not exclude responsibilities that applicable law places on us for providers acting on our behalf.

8. Suspension and ending use

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect users or the service, comply with law, or address a material breach of these Terms. Measures should be proportionate to the issue. Where practical and lawful, we will explain the reason and provide an opportunity to resolve it; urgent security or legal action may require immediate restriction.

You can stop using the service at any time. Contact info@bxst.com to request account closure or discuss access to your information. Signing out alone does not delete an account. Personal-data requests are handled as described in the Privacy Notice and applicable law.

Ending access does not remove obligations or rights that must continue by their nature, including confidentiality, ownership, lawful retention and remedies for earlier breaches.

9. Service limitations

To the extent permitted by applicable law, this early-access service is provided on an “as available” basis without additional promises that it will meet every business requirement, be uninterrupted, or produce error-free information. No system can be guaranteed completely secure.

These statements do not exclude any non-excludable warranty, duty of care, data-protection obligation or other mandatory protection. They do not excuse conduct for which liability cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Liability and mandatory protections

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or loss of anticipated profits, business opportunities or anticipated savings arising from use of the early-access service. This exclusion applies only where, and to the extent, the law permits it in the circumstances.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury where liability cannot be excluded, or any other liability that applicable law does not permit to be excluded or limited. Mandatory privacy rights, remedies and rights to compensation remain unaffected.

We do not require a blanket indemnity from you. Responsibility for a claim will depend on the relevant conduct, these Terms and applicable law. No provision transfers our statutory duties to you merely because you use the service.

11. Changes, questions and disputes

We may update these Terms as the service develops or legal requirements change. The date at the top identifies the current version. For material changes affecting existing accounts, we will seek to provide reasonable notice through the service or account email; where the law requires agreement, the required agreement will be requested. Changes are not intended to remove rights arising before the change.

Please first describe a concern to info@bxst.com so we can try to resolve it. This does not restrict your right to contact a regulator or bring a claim before a competent court. Applicable law determines jurisdiction and mandatory protections; these Terms do not impose an exclusive foreign court or mandatory arbitration.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent lawful. Any replacement or interpretation must preserve mandatory rights and cannot expand an exclusion beyond what the law permits.
