Build a product catalogue buyers can evaluate

Give each product a precise identity

Use a descriptive name, a stable product reference and a clear category. Separate variants when their materials, dimensions or intended uses differ. Show the actual product in photographs and identify optional finishes or accessories in the description.

Replace broad phrases such as ‘high quality industrial part’ with details a buyer can check: the part type, material grade, manufacturing process and relevant application. Keep internal SKU codes alongside the name, rather than making the code the only description.

Make specifications comparable

Use consistent labels and units across similar products. State whether a dimension describes the product, a package or a working range. If a value depends on the order, explain the condition instead of presenting one number as universal. Leave unknown values unspecified until your team confirms them.

Explain the commercial starting point

Give the minimum order with its unit and explain what the lead time assumes. Distinguish manufacturing time from delivery arrangements. State the manufacturing country separately from an export hub. A request for a custom finish, different packing or a new destination may need a fresh quotation.

Review the page as a buyer

Preview the published layout on desktop and mobile. Check that images match the named variant, translations preserve technical meaning and the enquiry route is easy to find.
